What should be your prime concern: appearance? voice? speech? Gestures?
obsession promoted by the information space. Whatever page you open in
any social networks you are sure to find there a minimum program which
suggests renewing your clothes as the first step (be in the trend),
learning war paint (get in the trend) and going on a super diet which
burns fat (but they do not specify if it burns primarily more fat or
money).
How can we improve ourselves just a little? Or maybe not a little but
entirely? I do not think it is easy. And when I come across such
saying as “Today, on the 25th of September, on Monday I am starting a
new life (go on a diet, start doing sports)” I understand that not
only I have such good intentions. To some extent it inspires and holds
out hope to overcome laziness. This may encourage a confident gait, a
calm voice-over, attention to your own thoughts which somehow program the
reality, awareness of your merits and demerits. We are forming the
balance between the expected and the actual ourselves and bringing it
to the desired value is exclusively our responsibility.
